Love Never Fails

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (NLT)

4. Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud

5. Or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged.

6. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.

7. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

Love… Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things, but it NEVER fails.

When a man is born again, not of the flesh, but of the Spirit, the TRUE Love of God enters his/her heart. God has put within you a new life, but the old life will make every effort to smother it. True Love must be mastered! When we say Love bears all things, what we are really saying is Love covers all things. We are NOT going to hold on to past hurts, we are going to practice genuine Love; the Love that never fails.

Love believes all things, meaning even with faults of others, we believe that they are going to be greater than what they are currently presenting. Hopes all things, meaning we are willing to go the distance to see a person through as long as it takes. Endures all things, meaning we practice the one thing that has challenged each of us, “patience.” Even though we are heavily tested in these areas, when placed all together, Love never fails.

Practice Godly Love going forward.

Life is but a breath, we are here today, but gone tomorrow.

How can we practice genuine love, when we are trying to hold on to our old life?

Only by being Christlike, we can have and practice divine love. When our hearts is filled with the life of Christ, love comes out of us naturally because that is what is in our hearts.

Love keep no record of wrong. God keep no record of wrong.

Love is all we need to obey, to have faith, to endure, to persevere, to live like Jesus.

Thank you for this message!

Blessings!
